– 2 oz Ron Oscuro
– 4 to 6 oz Cola, to taste

Our twist on the Cuba Libre; Named in honor of our home city of San Pedro Sula. This cocktail is great in its simplicity and you really shouldn’t mess with a classic, but we feel like the orange adds a nice level of tropical feel. Cheers!
A Spanish Lullaby

– 1 3/4 oz Ron Blanco
– 3 1/2 oz Guanabana juice (Soursop)
– 2 teaspoons Sugar
– Cherry and Lime slice for garnish
– Blend with ice in blender.
The perfect beach cocktail; Best enjoyed on a tropical island while watching the sunset… Ahhh Paradise!
Old Fashioned
– 2 oz Ron Oscuro
– 1 teaspoon water
– 3 dashes angostura bitters
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar
– Orange peel and cherry as garnish

The Banana Republic

– 3 dashes angostura bitters
– 1/2 teaspoon dark sugar
– Chocolate shavings and caramelized banana slice for garnish

In honor of Honduras’s first nickname; This cocktail combines a classic Old Fashioned style with sweet and aromatic Honduran bananas.
The Rosé Feline
– 1 oz Gin Botánico
– 8 oz Grapefruit juice
– 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
– Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Undercover Blues

-1 1/2 ounces Gin Botánico
-1 ounce orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
– 3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
– agave nectar or simple syrup, to taste
– lime wedge and coarse salt for garnish

Botanic & Tonic
